Our Puppy Questionnaire helps us learn about you, your family, your experience, and your hopes for your future Border Collie. In turn, it allows us to thoughtfully match each puppy with the home where they are most likely to thrive.
There is no obligation in completing the questionnaire, and filling it out does not guarantee the purchase of a puppy.
Rather, it begins the conversation and helps us determine whether Gold Creek Ranch Border Collies is the right fit for you – and whether we are the right fit for your family.

That's why we spend so much time getting to know both our puppies and our puppy families.

What Happens Next?
Once we receive your completed Puppy Questionnaire, we'll take the time to carefully review your responses.
